It was vetted and accorded utility model protection by the African Regional Intellectual Property Organisation (ARIPO) in Zimbabwe and Uganda Registration Services Bureau in 2017. Janzi is a registered company as JANZI BAND LIMITED ( under section 18 (3) 0f the companies act 2012 in Uganda.
